hydrogen ions determine the pH of the body.

carbinuc acud : lung 에서 water + CO2로 나뉘어 CO2 배설
이러한 과정이 10~30초만 계속되어도 pH가 바뀔 수 있다.
Intu 환자의 경우 ventilation 통해 pH 교정할 경우 반드시 15~30분 뒤 ABGA f/u 해봐야 한다.
compensation : 보상
excess : 지나침, 과도 ,과잉
excretion : 배설
retain : 유지하다
