SSRI can lower or elevate blood pressure

ibuprofen with SSRIs increases the risk of an upper GI bleed.

MAOIs can cause hypertensive crisis → SBP 180↑

alchohol BBB ( blood brain barrier ) 통과

avoid food that contained tyramine → require bacteria or mold ( 발효식품에 많다. ) ~ amine,, 분해효소 억제 약물인데 dopa, norepinephrine, serotonin 높게 유지위해 사용,  tyramine 복용 시 hypertensive crisis 가능성

mood stabilizer → 대표적으로 lithium 많다. bipolar에 많이 사용

therapeutic level is 0.6 to 1.2 mEq/L ,, 1.5 이상 시 toxicity 나타남. avoid alcohol, OTC med

muscle fasciculation = twitch

Flumazenil → benzodiazepine antagonist

barbiturate → zolpidem,, 망상, 수면장애 환자들에게 사용, purpura ( 자반병 ) ,, CBC 정기적 확인필요 !
