cornea : 각막

sclera : 공막

iris : 홍채,, 색깔 나는 갈색

retina : 망막

optic disc : 시신경 유두

IOP 의학용어 : Intra ocular pressure 안압

lacrimal gland : 눈물샘

temporally : 옆쪽

nasally : 코쪽

2,3,4,6 신경관여

fluorescein : 형광물질 (=dye)

dye 소변으로 배출되며 형광, 초록 색 소변볼가능성

contact tonometry 경우 직접 contact 로 눈 마취상태. avoid rubbing eye

 

백내장

녹내장

glaucoma IOP 상승으로 인한것이며 중심시력에 영향 주지 않아 처음에 증상 알아차리기 어렵다.

miotics : 축동제 - 동공축소시켜 방수순환 좋게하고 안압 낮춤

carbonic anhybrase inhibitors : 방수생성 감소

beta blockers, avoid anticholinergic : 방수생성 감소, 안압 낮춤에 도움

if medication therapy failed, trabecuectomy,, 수술적 치료진행

망막박리

flashes of light : 빛 번짐

낮에 선슬라스 끼도록

황반변성,, maximizing remaining vision,, 기존시력 유지
