avoid alkalinizing agent : pH 5.5 이하로 유지해야하기 때문

Nitrofurantoin 여러 side effect 존재..

- GI effect : anorexia, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea → administer with meal or milk

- pulmonary reaction : dyspnea, chest pain, cough,, 약물 stop 시 2~4일 이내 호전됨

- hematological effect : leukopenia, thrombocytopenia

- peripheral neuropathy : numbness, tingling, muscle weakness

- neurological effect : headache, vertigo

- allergic reaction : anaphylaxis, rash

- brown color urine

- not to take with antacid ( 제산제 ) → 흡수를 방해함

 

Fluoroquinolones : 그람 음성 세균에 유효,, risk of tendonitis, tendon rupture → 60세 이상 cortico steroid 복용환자에게 risk 높음.  hepatic, renal, CNS toxicity,,  

contraindicated in infants younger than 2 months and in pregnant female, 수유중인 엄마도 노노

photosensitivity 유발가능하므로 avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight

over active 된 bladder 치료위해 사용

glaucoma : 녹내장

glaucoma에 antispasm 사용하지 않는 이유는 intraocular fluid를 block하여 안압올리기에 녹내장을 악화시킨다

spasm : 경련, 쥐

stimulation : 감각적/지적/성적/시각적/신체적 자극

CNS stimulation 증상 확인한다. toxicity 확인

 

obstruction의 경우 이 약을 사용하지 않는다!

 

이식 4약물 혼합 사용

CKD anemia 있을 때 사용

cyclosprine : immunosuppressant 면역억제제  → nephro toxicity, CBC level ↓, hyperglycemia

BUN : blood urea nitrogen,, nomal level? 10 - 25mg/dL

Polycystic kidney disease : kidney 에 cyst 생기며 CKD 유발

2. cyst로 인해 peritoneal dialysis 권장되지는 않는다.

3. CKD → ESRD 로 Kidney transplant

4. polycystic kidney disease 는 pain 심해 bilateral 양측 nephrectomy 신절제술 시행함.

5. polycystic kidney disease 로 면역억제제 ㄴㄴ 신장이식 받았을 때나 투여하쟈~~
