HOB : head of bed 침대머리 

A-3 : Dependent edema

B-1: Elevate arm → for circulation

perineal : 회음의

 

postural drainage : 체위배액

 

F-2: Flexion contracture : 굴곡구축 예방위해 남은 부위 elevation 되지 않도록 한다. 예방위해 prone position 자세취하기도 한다.

restriction : 제한

망막박리의 경우 움직임제한으로 bedrest 권고

H-3 : Storke의 경우 ICP 상승 예방위해 HOB up 권장하나 허혈성 뇌졸중의 경우 HOB flat 을 유지한다.

hip, neckflexion → 복압상승으로 기피
