태아 나오면 m-n 순서로 mouth, nose 간호수행

nares : 콧구멍

apgar scoring 대부분 10점은 없고 8-9점 정도

fontanel : 천문

anterior fontanel : 대천문

posterior fontanel : 소천문

닫히는 시기 꼭 알아두기!!

renal anomaly : 신장이상,, low - set ears associate,,

 

엡스타인 진주 (Epstein pearl) 엡스타인 진주는 신생아나 영아의 입의 중앙선에 관찰되는 1-3mm 크기의 하얗게 약간 노란 낭종이다. 이것들은 대부분 입천장에서 관찰되며 액체로 차있다. 엡스타인 진주는 특별히 치료가 필요하지 않으며 수주에 걸쳐서 저절로 소실

skin 이 모든것이 정상 ! 그냥 놔두면 된다.

harlequin sign : 사망률 높음, indicate cardiac problem or sepsis

port-wine stain : 모세혈관종으로 surgery 해야할 수도 있다. 튀어나와있진 않다.

 

 

 

신생아는 무조건 24hr 이내 first voiding/stool 나와야 한다 !

hymen tag : 처녀막

labia swollen 부어있을 수 있음.

smegma : 우유색 discharge 나타나는데 정상.

menstruation : 생리. 태아의 경우 어머니 호르몬에 의해 pseudomenstruation 나타날 수 있다.

circiumcision : 포경

포경 이후 무조건 24시간 이내 소변 봐야한다. 요관 이상확인

pathological : 병리학적

physiological : 생리학적 jaundice 5일이 peak

 hypothermia → acidosis → interfere with bilirubin,,

poor muscle tone : 늘어짐

lethargy : 무기력

PHCP : primary heart care provider

태아 Rh-, O+ 인경우 Life - coombs test 무조건 나간다.. 이건 다음시간에

bilirubinemia → prepare for phototherapy
